This Privacy Policy governs the processing of data across all software applications, platform features, digital services, and related offerings operated by Sable Sanctum (collectively, the "Services"), including Tally, Gloaming Gems, and Sable Sanctum Account infrastructure.
Sable Sanctum adheres to strict data minimization principles. Our software applications operate by default without collecting, processing, tracking, or transmitting personal user data. We do not integrate third-party ad networks, telemetry trackers, or external analytics SDKs. Where cloud capabilities or multi-device synchronization features are utilized (such as through an optional Sable Sanctum Account), all data is processed strictly within proprietary, self-hosted infrastructure under our direct control.
Unless you explicitly register for a Sable Sanctum Account, our applications collect no personal identifiers, telemetry, network data, device identifiers, IP addresses, or usage statistics. Standard application interactions function entirely offline, removing any technical vector for remote data ingestion.
User preferences, application states, configurations, and progress metadata are stored locally on your device ("Local Data"). This Local Data:
Sable Sanctum Accounts (account.sablesanctum.me) provide an optional identity management and multi-device state synchronization layer. Account creation is not mandatory to access core application functionality.
Ingested Account Data: Upon account creation, we collect only essential account credentials: user name, unique account identifier, linked Sable Sanctum email address, and account password. Account passwords are stored exclusively using industry-standard cryptographic hashing algorithm implementations and are never accessible in plain text.
Infrastructure Integrity: All account data resides on proprietary, self-hosted server architecture. We do not outsource data hosting, identity management, or processing to third-party public cloud providers, commercial data brokers, or external analytics firms.
Domain Architecture Restrictions: Account provisioning currently requires an enterprise domain identity ending in @sablesanctum.me or @ravensmail.net. Federated identity sign-in via third-party identity providers is explicitly excluded to maintain sovereign security boundaries and data protection standards.
Feature Expansion Framework: Account identities currently govern access management and configuration sync. Planned features—including secure outbound/inbound email transaction capabilities (SMTP) and inbound proxy forwarding—will operate under these same data isolation parameters upon deployment.
Age Eligibility & Erasure Rights: Sable Sanctum Accounts are limited strictly to individuals aged 16 and older. Account owners may request permanent account termination and total data purge at any time by contacting us through our designated privacy channels.
Sable Sanctum maintains zero third-party platform dependencies. Our applications contain no external Software Development Kits (SDKs) for advertising, session recording, crash monitoring, or behavioral profiling. All synchronization and account management rely exclusively on internal first-party services.
Our applications do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. Because our standard software applications operate free of advertising and remote data tracking, Sable Sanctum complies fully with the requirements of the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable international child data privacy standards across all distributed distribution channels, including the Google Play Store.
Sable Sanctum reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy to reflect evolving services, expanding platform capabilities, or legal requirements. Material updates will be published to this policy document alongside a revised Effective Date. Continued usage of Sable Sanctum Services signifies acceptance of the prevailing terms.
